The members of the City of Huntington Beach City Council have read with interest the report of the Orange County Grand Jury entitled, , "Orange County Power Authority Come Clean." On behalf of my City Council colleagues, I concur with the Grand Jury's recommendation, No.4 specifically, that henceforth the Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) should utilize a member agency clerk or assign a qualified OCPA staff member to handle agendas and minutes for the OCPA Board and OPA Community Advisory Board, to ensure that they are prepared properly and posted in a timely manner.
