An incorrect version of Ordinance No. 4280 approved for introduction by the City Council on February 21, 2023 was mistakenly uploaded as Attachment #1 in Consent Item No. 10 on the March 7, 2023 agenda. Attached to this memorandum is the correct version of Ordinance No. 4280, and should be considered when taking action.
