Statement of Issue
The City Council is asked to approve the First Amendment to the License Agreement with OC405 Partners JV to continue the authorized the use of a City-owned parcel located at the intersection of McFadden Ave. and Gothard St. in the City of Westminster for the I-405 Improvement Project.
Facts
Agreement allows for limited use of City owned property by OC 405 JV through duration of the 405 improvement project.
Amendment extends use through April 2023, use then converts to Month to Month to allow for project completion.
Amendment requires 30 days written notice from either party for termination.
