Agreement allows City to produce groundwater above the BPP at a cost lower than the import water cost Amendment #1, approved November, 5, 2018, increased reimbursement amount to $4.32 million

Extends Agreement until June 30, 2027
$1.8 million in cost recovery through December 2022
$2.5 million remaining to achieve full cost recovery
