The City welcomes public comments on agendized or non -agendized items. However, please note that the Economic Development Committee can take no action on this date, unless the item is agendized. Each speaker may have up to three minutes to speak, unless the volume of speakers warrants reducing the time allowance. A speaker may not donate their time to another speaker.
Individuals wishing to make public comments may fill out a Request to Speak form and deliver it to the Staff Liaison. Written comments may be submitted via email to [email protected] by 2:00 PM on the day of the meeting. All written communication will be forwarded to the Economic Development Committee and recorded as supplemental communication.
