Council liaisons that serve on the West OC Water Board receive compensation that requires FPPC reporting. This memo certifies that FPPC Form 806 "Agency Report of Public Official Appointments" which is used to report additional compensation that officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on committees, boards or commissions of a public agency, special district and joint powers agency or authority, was posted to the City's bulletin board and website according to law prior to any vote cast on the matter.
