AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AND GHD INC. FOR ON-CALL WATER ENGINEERING, WASTEWATER ENGINEERING, STORMWATER ENGINEERING, AND CONSULTING SERVICES
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The City’s fiscal year 2022/2023 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) was adopted on June 7, 2022 and totals $59.6 million for all funds and for all projects.
Each approved CIP project has a budget containing sufficient funding for the bid amount, construction contingency, and all necessary professional services.
Amendment No. 1 for the GHD Inc. agreement, extends the contract total by $1,000,000 and will be funded within each projects individual CIP budget. As such, no additional funding will be required by this action.

Amendment No. 1 does not extend the contract expiration date.
Current Contract Spending Limit: $1,000,000
Amendment No. 1 does extend the contract spending limit by an additional $1,000,000, for a total spending limit of $2,000,000. *
