Public Comment Item 12. 23-493 Quality of Life Community Survey Results Presentation.
Ben Pickens here. Regarding quality of life, I prefer the city to be fully participatory in renewable energy, the city council to consider returning to the OCPA with a qualified plan and plan for a renewable energy manufacturing and recycling business, in the city, specifically, roll-out solar panels, wind-house & hydro-tower designs, cable-powered freight & passenger trains, renewable cars and regular bikes. The electricity demand can't be met by dropping renewable energy, this isn't a reality. I can't accomplish my daily tasks without electricity and I can't make new discoveries without electricity. I didn't vote for elected officials to seize my electricity.
City population 196,652 x rci (3) = 589,956
589,956 / 25 years = 23,598.24
I estimate 23,598 roll-out solar panel societal units (spsu), in the city, to be recycled every year.
