1. Public Information Update
a) Review of Surf City Break and Social Media reach data - See attached presentation for detailed update.
b) Website Update – J. Carey provided update on new website including the sitemapping and design. New website should launch by the end of 2023.
2. Community Engagement: J. Toledo provided overview of events during US Open and August events.
3. HBTV Programming:
a) Review of recurring content, current content and upcoming programming - See attached presentation for HBTV programming content. Council Member Burns asked where he could see content. J. Toledo sent him links to YouTube and HBTV after the meeting. b) Upcoming PSAs – J. Toledo reviewed upcoming PSA schedule from September to November.
Adjournment – 3:45pm.
