Amending the Declaration of Policy on Human Dignity
Dear Mayor Strickland and City Councilmembers:
Ocean View School District requests that the proposed ad hoc committee hold its meetings pursuant to Huntington Beach Municipal Code Section 2.100.110 Open Meetings. The Huntington Beach Municipal Code and Brown Act establish that all committee meetings be public noticed 72 hours prior to the meeting, that topics to be discussed are detailed, and committee documents and materials be available to the public prior to the meeting.
Ocean View School District requests to receive notice of any ad hoc meetings formed by the Huntington Beach City Council.
