Subject: Questions re agenda items: Lobbying firms, Paradigm Medical Mgmt Re the upcoming council meeting, I have some questions.
Paradigm Medical Mgmt contract: Is this contract for the medical management of but one workers comp claim at an amount not to exceed 2.8 million dollars. Is the 2.8 million dollars Paradigm's fee for managing one wc claim? On the lobbying firm contracts: I don't see the proposals submitted. I found one lobbying firm named Mercury on the CalAccess website. Mercury's clients are largely agricultural companies/organizations. I see no municipalities as clients on the CalAccess website. Re Van Sycoc, which cities does this lobbying firm represent at the federal level? Thank you for your response.
