The Police Department requests item #29 (Ordinance No: 4293) be withdrawn from the agenda. The item requires additional work as to how to regulate access to medians during special events such as the 4th of July parade, the HB Marathon, and others. The Police Department will work with the City Attorney to resubmit the item at a later date.
