Honorable Members of the Huntington Beach City Council:
Before the meeting would it be possible to view the ordinance regarding bicycles that the Council has on this Tuesday's, 9/19/23, Council meeting agenda? I am interested in the ordinance language specifically. And particularly what the enforcement provisions are.
As the retired director of a CA State agency legislation was an important part of my job. I support any effort that would save not only the youngsters we see risking their lives on a daily basis as well as the additional danger that both pedestrians and drivers are the being subjected to.
