The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is a required annual progress report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for:
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME)

CAPER must describe progress of all CDBG & HOME projects and programs Report must be approved by City Council and submitted to HUD by September 28
