this item.
This project should seek to include a
curved building corner, elevator, maximum
foliage & openable windows.
The city planning
commission is not following
ethical safety by striking "windows" from the
building code definitions.
Window, Required.
An exterior opening in a habitable room
meeting the area requirements of the Uniform
Building Code. This & building results should
be inquired by a safety organization, such as
OSHA or the State of California.
This city
planning shortcut is wrong & is an extreme
recurring
problem from this city council, for
folks seeking health. Even in cities with lots of

skyscrapers, there is an active effort for
openable windows in all buildings possible.
That's the point of having a building code.
Item 23 Orange County Transportation
Authority - In the future, I think much vehicle
transportation will return to trains & will run
on the electricity grid, fueled by advanced
power plants & rooftop, renewable
energy, that creates energy out of nothing, with
no resource waste.
