Dear Council Member:
As a long time, Huntington Beach Resident, over 40 years.
I do not agree to the
increases you propose for Water, Water Meter, Water Service and Sewer Service.
These
numbers are absolutely ridiculous, how do you expect anyone to afford these charges.
Therefore, I respectfully
request you vote NO...... on any changes to the fees.

I would like to protest the proposed water rate increases. The increases are excessive and are doubling the rates in less than four years. Please reconsider and look at a less aggressive increase in rates.
