On March 19, City Council and CPAB held a joint study session to review funding recommendations.
Background
CDBG and HOME funding recommendations are included in the 2024-25 Annual Action Plan, which is the City’s program budget for HUD.
An English and Spanish version of the public hearing notice was published in The Wave and La Opinion on April 4, starting the 30-day public review period for the Annual Action Plan from April 4 to May 5.
The Annual Action Plan must be submitted to HUD by May 15.
