A request has been made by Councilmember Bolton to revise the May 7, 2024 City Council/Public Financing Authority minutes as follows:
Councilmember Bolton shared her concern regarding the fact that if SB 1102 passes, to the best of her understanding, it most likely could exempt from taxation some portion of the $7.5M paid out by the City of Huntington Beach to the Pacific Air Show promoter. Councilmember Bolton stated that since this item is on the suspension file, SB 1102 should not even be considered for any position at this time. c: File
