1. Federal Legislative Update- TJ Stapleton, Stapleton & Associates General update on Capitol Hill.
S 3830 (Padilla) – IRC approved support (2-1, Burns )
2. State Update- Louie Brown, Kahn Soares & Conway
General update on legislative session. Policy Committee will wrap up in June. Only 27 days in legislative calendar. State budget has passed, and Senate has to send amendments to Governor by June 20.

ii. AB 2553 – IRC votes to oppose (3-0)
iii. AB 2597 – IRC votes to oppose (3-0)

b. Sober Living
i. AB 2574 – IRC previously supported bill prior to major amendments.
