I oppose Item 11. 24-471 - Pipeline
Franchise Agreement - I did not
plan to participate in this item. I
request that a 24/7 monitoring &
communication agreement be
signed for proper ocean docking
procedures & reporting. If that
hasn't been done, I would find that
unbelievable, if so; please
unanimously vote this item down
until that is done.
Non-agendized - I oppose item &
request that the Golden West
Street "bridge full re-pavement"
project be stopped & investigated
as a vanity project in re-pavement
deliberation. Such channel
widening occurred for up to 1+
year & 25+ years more. I
absolutely do not think that this
entire bridge must be repaved, for
6+ months, as a part of a
minor,
roadside bridge re-pavement, nor
that it is not being rushed by
decades or that multi-ton
equipment & k-rails should be
allowed to be dropped on these
bridges.
Please stop the
nonsense, & clean up the
dangerous construction debris &
displaced cones.
It is impossible
to drive & the mess goes on for
miles & miles in all directions.
