AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN TANK FARM, LC AND
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AND
This Amendment to Lease Agreement is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, a California municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant," and TANK FARM, LC, hereinafter referred to as "Landlord." WHEREAS, Tenant and Landlord are parties to that certain agreement, dated February 6, 2006, entitled "Lease Agreement Between Tank Farm, LC and the City of Huntington Beach, " which agreement shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Original Agreement", and
The Original Agreement shall expire on September 30, 2024; and Tenant and Landlord wish to amend the Original Agreement to extend the term for an additional one (1) year period,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by Tenant and Landlord as follows:
TERM
The term of the Agreement is hereby extended for one (1) additional year. The Original Agreement shall now expire at 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2025; provided, however, that either party may terminate the Original Agreement upon thirty (30) days advance written notice to the other party.
2. RENT
Effective October 1, 2024, the monthly rent paid by Tenant to Landlord for the Premises shall be Seven Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty-two and 42/100 Dollars ($7,482.42).

REAFFIRMATION
Except as specifically modified herein, all other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
