Hello Mayor Van der Mark, Mayor Pro Tem Burns and City Council Members, I am requesting support

of the above project.

I feel Huntingtons will be a go-to destination for residents and tourists alike. It will be a fantastic

dining venue to enhance our all ready historic pier. The ideal setting to watch beach goers during the day and enjoy the sunset at night.

This locally owned restaurant by residents with a true appreciation of Huntington Beach will enhance the significance

of the pier.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my request
Regards,

Mayor Van der Mark, Mayor Pro Tem Burns and City Council Members:

I am writing to respectfully request that City Council approve Huntington’s lease for their restaurant proposal, a much needed addition to our HB Pier! This is a mere 13 minute walk from our condo at 900 PCH.

The city needs more locally owned establishments that are personally invested in our community versus absentee nationally-owned chains. My friends and family also share my enthusiasm for this locally owned concept!

Thank you in advance for your thoughtful consideration.

Respectfully,

Michael Markette

Dear Mayor Van der Mark, Mayor Pro Tem Burns and City Council Members, I am writing to request you approve agenda item 15 for Huntington’s lease on Huntington Beach Pier.

This much needed proposed restaurant with outdoor dining, will be an awesome addition to our landmark pier.

This plan is designed by locals with locals in mind as well as for visitors from all over the world. The pier restaurant in San Clemente is popular, but Huntington’s on Huntington Beach Pier will be far more superior and popular, in my estimation. I know some people who travel to San Clemente just to dine on the pier at sunset.

It will be fantastic to have Huntington's as a local option Huntington Beach residents and visitors as well.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Kathryn Levassiur
HB resident

Hello Mayor Van der Mark, Mayor Pro Tem Burns and City Council:

I am writing to request your support of the Huntington’s on the Pier project.

I’m excited to have a locally owned restaurant on the pier. I know Kieth and think he is a competent business owner who will do a great job making our pier even more inviting to locals and visitors alike.

Also, the city hasn’t been collecting rent since the bait shop left, so let’s get a lease approved so the city can start monetizing the space again …
Thank you for your consideration.

Dean DiCarlo
downtown HB Resident
