Dear Mayor and City Councilmembers:
I am writing to express my strong support for the proposed Bolsa Chica Senior Living Community at 4952 and 4972 Warner Avenue. I am part of the brokerage team that introduced this property to the applicant. As someone who has done business in the City of Huntington beach for several years, I believe that this newly designed Assisted Living facility will be a huge benefit for the City’s many senior residents, as well as for local businesses.
This project will provide much needed housing and care to the city’s growing senior population, and will provide a safe community where seniors can make new friends, receive quality medical and personal care, and engage in shared daily activities that enrich their lives. These new senior residents will also benefit local businesses by increasing foot traffic and sales in the neighborhood.
I urge the Planning Commission to approve and recommend the BOLSA CHICA SENIOR CARE COMMUNITY to the City Council.
