RESOLUTION NO. 2024-56
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING THE
STATEMENT OF INVESTMENT POLICY 2025
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is required to approve an annual statement of investment policy; and
The duly elected City Treasurer has recommended approval of the City of Huntington Beach Statement of Investment Policy, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference; and
The duly appointed Investment Advisory Board has reviewed the City Treasurer's recommended policy and also recommends approval thereof; and The policy is consistent with California Government Code §53600, et seq.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve as follows:
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby approves and adopts the attached City of Huntington Beach Statement of Investment Policy for 2025 so long as applied in a manner consistent with state and local law as amended from time to time.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of - 2024.
