Dear Fire Marshall Van Mullem:
Walker Engineering, Inc dba Evans & Walker would appreciate the opportunity to continue providing petroleum engineering oversight on the Civic Center well abandonment program and Miley Keck Tank Farm removal project. Thomas Walker’s rate will remain at $300 per hour through the end of 2025 and will increase to $350 per hour beginning on January 1, 2026 in the unlikely event that the contract needs to be extended beyond the end of 2025.
Our billings have averaged about $4,500 per month over the last 9 months. I believe that we should be safe with an extension for one year with a total budget of $54,000. This equates to 15 hours per month in 2025.
