Background
▪ In March 2023 Planning Commission approved Tentative Tract Map No. 19174 and Conditional Use Permit No. 22-021 to subdivide a 5.6-acre site located at 7225 Edinger for condominium purposes and develop 129 attached 3-story townhomes
▪ Final map has been examined and certified by the City Engineer as being in substantial compliance with the conditions of approval of the tentative map Recommended Action
1. Approve Final Tract Map No. 19174 and accept offer of dedications
2. Execute the Subdivision Agreement between the City and Landsea Homes of CA, LLC
3. Accept bonds
