Summary of Action or Discussion: The Commission voted to approve the October 23, 2024 minutes. Interim CFO David Cain advised that the annual financial audit will be completed in December and will be reviewed with the Commission in January 2025. He provided an update on the CalPERS discount rate and the City’s unfunded liabilities. The Commission voted to nominate Commissioner Cicerone to the Meadowlark Golf
Course Task Force. A subcommittee was formed to review the Friends of the Library’s operations while the City drafts its MOU with the Friends of the Library. The Commission voted to have a holiday luncheon on December 16, 2024 in lieu of the December 18, 2024 meeting.
