RESOLUTION NO. 2024-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
SETTING THE SALARY RATE AND ASSIGNING CERTAIN BENEFITS
FOR THE ELECTED CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Council of Huntington Beach desires to assign a salary rate and certain benefits for the Elected City Clerk; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The salary of the elected City Clerk as reflected in the salary range contained in the Non-Associated Executive Management Salary Schedule "Exhibit 1B", attached hereto and incorporated herewith shall be set at the NA0017 rate of $69.94 per hour.
SECTION 2. All other allowances and benefits will immediately match, continue to follow, and be updated according to agreed-upon Non-Associated Resolution modifications for appointed positions.
SECTION 3. Any existing provisions in conflict with the foregoing, whether by minute action or Resolution of the City Council, are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of December, 2024.
