ISSUE STATEMENT
I have concerns regarding the nature and extent of the information presented at the recent project hearing for the Bolsa Chica Senior Care Community project, which was brought before the City Council on October 15, 2024. I recommend that an Ad-Hoc Committee comprised of City Council members, City Staff, and the City Attorney’s Office, be formed to review the process and information related to this project.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Form a City Council Ad-hoc Committee, consisting of three City Council Members, to review the process and information regarding the Bolsa Chica Senior Care Community Project. The Ad-Hoc Committee will receive support from Community Development and the City Attorney's Office staff during this review.
