Background
2 Since 2011, Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc. has provided bridge design services for federally funded bridge maintenance and rehabilitation projects throughout the City.
Under this contract, previously completed bridge projects include: Warner, Magnolia, Brookhurst, and Admiralty Amendment No. 6 is necessary to allow time for the completion of the design and writing of the specifications for the Humboldt Bridge Rehabilitation project.
