Implementation and ongoing oversight of various initiatives and projects, including Strategic Plan, new City website, City Celebration Calendar, Annual Legislative Platform, Branding Guide, Surf City Weekly newsletter, and HB Cares Volunteer Program Maintained an occupancy average of 90.6% at the Navigation Center Coordinated monthly Mayor’s Award ceremony – honoring over 350 Huntington Beach community members Housed 78 homeless individuals through street outreach and Navigation Center Expanded City livestream capabilities, seeing YouTube viewership of 6.2M impressions in second half of 2024 Conducted 5,711 homeless outreach contacts in 2024
