RESOLUTION NO. 2025-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
MODIFYING SALARY AND BENEFITS
FOR NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach desires to modify the salary and benefits for non-represented employees upon adoption of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve the salary and benefits of non-represented employees are modified as follows:
SECTION 1. Salaries and benefits for non-represented employees shall be as reflected in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
SECTION 2. The Resolutions for the elected City Attorney, City Clerk, City Treasurer Resolutions 2025-08, 2024-60, 2023-10) shall remain unchanged. Salaries for the elected non- represented positions are reflected in the Non-Associated Elected Executive Management Salary Schedule - Exhibit 1B.
SECTION 3. Any existing provisions in conflict with the foregoing, whether by minute action or resolution of the City Council, are hereby repealed.
