Your Power point attachment content doesn’t sufficiently answer with transparency the question what the City Council is doing to stop the revolving door of key HB Financial positions in a time where we are facing critical budget decisions! There’s always lingering doubt about
the complete knowledge of temporary hires. We need a specific action plan for replacing the HB City Treasurer and City Financial Manager (we’re on our second Temp now!). Please include this recommendation with your initiative item 25-456.
