Regarding the following agenda item:
Community Development 11.
25-460 Approve and authorize the execution of an Agreement of Consent to License between the City of Huntington Beach, Los Angeles SMSA (Verizon), and Southern California Edison for an existing cell site at Talbert Park
Recommended Action:
A) Approve the Agreement of Consent to Site License between the City of Huntington Beach, Verizon, and SCE. B) Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
I am asking Council to reconsider approving this since it is in a Park and adjacent to a School. Please take 2 minutes to read the article here about the radiation emitted from these cell towers.
