Dear City Council
Huntington Beach has a 7-0 city council
The home team loses!
Huntington Beach needs a balanced city council, that represents all of the city residents.

It is time to move forward and have districts like other cities have. I propose a compromise solution. Make 4 districts- divide the city into roughly equal quarters.

Having 3 at large
members gives continuity to the past.

This has the best of both approaches, or the worst.

Changing to this method has the advantage that Governor Newsom will hate it.

Going with 4 districts and 3 at large members will stick it to the man, Newsom As it is:
7-0 and the home team loses.
