Dear City Council
Would some one please tell Don Kennedy that task orders are a common accepted best practice to ensure a rapid response when technical services are required? The current process works well, and asking staff to spend more time explaining the process to a council member that is clearly inexperienced is a waste of our city’s staff.
Butch Twinning explained things very well- too bad Don didn’t listen.
