ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
(Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Section 255.22) PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on July 8, 2025 the City Engineer considered the subdivision improvements described below, and found them to have been completed satisfactory and accepted, as limited by Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Section 255.22(A), the improvements for public use.
Public improvements constructed with Tract 19136 consist of:
a. Curb, gutter, paving, sidewalk, irrigation and landscaping along Effingham Drive, Strathmoor Lane, Bluefield Drive, storm drain line along Effingham Drive and playground and park improvements in Gisler Park.
The Foregoing instrument is the City Clerk's Original Document Reflecting City Council Action Taken at the August 19, 2025 City Council Meeting Submitted for Recordation by the Orange County Recorder.
