Professional Service Agreement previously approved February 1, 2021 and set to expire February 1, 2026.
Provide a bridge specific qualification based Request for Qualification and selected in 2020 for the Engineering phase of the project. The City then received Caltrans funding for design services.
Provide staff support for design engineering and construction support services for Davenport Drive bridge. Develop a Plans, Specification, and Estimate for project.
Project extension of two years includes Moffat and Nichol holding cost of $487,314.70 to complete scope of work.
