Dear HB City Council,
I am urging a no vote on Item 20 (26-011) regarding changing the Zoning for th property on Goldenwest, from Industril to Commercial and builing a Liquor Store and Car Wash on it. This would be a good location for Affordable Housing, which Huntington Beach despreately needs.
