am writing regarding Agenda Item 26-039 concerning the Huntington Club Bungalows & Lofts project, which was approved by the Planning Commission on January 27, 2026.
Members of the Huntington Club community are currently engaged in discussions with the applicants regarding the project and potential paths forward. In light of these ongoing conversations, we respectfully request that the City grant a continuance of the upcoming consideration of this matter so that those discussions may continue.
We believe a continuance would allow the parties to explore potential resolution or narrowing of the issues before further proceedings.
