RESOLUTION NO. 2026-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
ADOPTING THE CROSS CONNECTION CONTROL MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2022-12, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach updated the Cross Connection Control Program for the Huntington Beach Water System; and
The City desires to further update and improve the Cross Connection Control Program by approval and adoption of the "Cross Connection Control Management Plan" as set forth in Exhibit A hereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The "Cross Connection Control Management Plan" attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by this reference as thought fully set forth herein, is hereby approved and adopted.
2. Resolution No. 2002-12 and all other previous Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
3. This Resolution shall become operative upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 4347.
