NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN &
WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN
NOȚICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beoch ("City") will hold a public hearing on May 5, 2026, in City Council Chambers located at 2000 Main Street, Huntington Beach. CA 92648 or as soon thereafter as the Agendo permits. to consider the City's proposed 2026 Urban Management Plan ("UWMP"), and 2026 Water Shortage Contingency Plan ("WSCP").
The public nearing is being held in accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act (Californio Water Code Sections 10610 through 10657 ond 10608: herein referred to as the "Act"). The Act requires "every urban water supplier providing water for municipal purposes to more than 3,000 customers or supplying more than adoption of the proposed updated UWMP and WSCP.
Copies of the proposed 2025 UWMP and 2025 WSCP are available for public inspectior at the Public Works Counter at City Hall, which is located at 2000 Main Street, on the first floor, during normal business hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
