FY 2025/26 Sewer Lining ProjectConstruction Contract CC1845 June 2, 2026 City Council Meeting
Background
The City’s Utility Division implements an annual sewer lining program to rehabilitate ageing sewer mains identified through CCCTV inspections and maintenance history.
This project includes lining approximately 29,850 linear feet of sewer main using UV CIPP technology across multiple pipe diameters (8”–15”). Work also includes rehabilitation of 66 manholes and restoration of service laterals.
Project locations are shown in the accompanying maps.
The Sewer Lining Project is essential to public health and safety, in addition to preserving the life of the City’s existing sewer infrastructure. This project helps prevent sewer overflows, tree root intrusion, groundwater seepage, and calcium build-up.
