Mayor and Council,
If there is an appeal process available, I urge you to not appeal the audit which will once and for all put to rest speculation regarding the airshow settlement and airshow contract provisions.
If you choose to appeal, then in the spirit of transparency, please explain publicly your reasoning and what litigation costs(inhouse and external) have been expended to date and what would be estimated litigation costs to move forward with an appeal.
