To: [email protected]; CITY COUNCIL (INCL. CMO STAFF) Subject: Another plaque?
Date: Friday, August 14, 2026 11:20:17 AM
The 250 plaque is just another vanity project to slap your names on. This is a ridiculous waste of money and has no function. We weren’t a state 250 years ago, much less a city. And you all did zip to earn recognition for the calendar turning to the anniversary. We seriously object and it wouldn’t matter
if you have private funding. Spend your time on council benefiting the city instead of wasting time on congratulating yourselves for being in office for your short time in the history of HB.
