I would like to see a slide explaining the assumptions underlying the projections.
I understand that some projections include conservative assumptions such as filling some 100 vacancies which may or may not happen.
Another topic is the tradeoff between additional hiring and overtime utilization.
Perhaps the deficit projection could be run twice, one with set of assumptions A and one with set of assumptions B.
Otherwise, we might find ourselves talking past each other.
