A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
APPROVING AND IMPLEMENTING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AND THE HUNTINGTON BEACH POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION (POA) FOR JULY 1, 2026 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2029 The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does resolve as follows:
The Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Huntington Beach and the Huntington Beach Police Officers' Association (POA), a copy of which is attached hereto as PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the_ _ day of _, 2026
