Base salary increases:
July 1, 2026: 8%
July 1, 2027: 4%
July 1, 2028: 5%
City medical contribution increase in January 1 of years 2 and 3 of the agreement
Fiscal Impact
The total projected cost of the labor agreement is estimated to be approximately $9,808,770, with an ongoing cost of 9,808,770.
For FY 2026/27, the cost is $4,805,446.
If approved, an appropriation of $2,700,000 is requested to implement during FY 2026/27
