I. REVIEW AND DISCUSS PROPOSED MUNICLPAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 AND PROVIDE DIRECTION TO STAFF
DEPARTMENT INVOLVED: City Manager's Orlice & Administrative Services Department BACKGROUND/SUM MARY:
Whereas the City Council of the City of Imperial held the first Special Meeting to discuss the FY 22-23 Municipal Budget on June I, 2022. Council provided direction to staff regarding several expenditures and directed a second work session be held at the following City Council Meeting.
City staff has completed the integration of the City of lmperial's municipal budget with Open Gov for fiscal year 2022-2023. The digital platform provides up to five years of descriptive data to provide the basis for trend analysis and forecasting. The purpose of the Special work session of the City Council is to conduct an initial review of the proposed expenditures for fiscal year 22-23. The drafl municipal budget is for discussion only. No action is to be taken
