1. Adoption of Resolution No. 2023-09 of the Imperial City Council Establishing Executive Positions as "At-Will" for the City of Imperial.
Alexis Brown, Assistant City Manager presented the staff report and answered questions from the City Council.

City Council Member Mendoza asked if in addition to department directors, were there any other positions impacted
Assistant City Manager Brown articulated that her position was impacted as well as all executive members of the team.
Council Member Obeso-Martinez Moved to Approve Resolution No. 2023-09, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Imperial, California, Approving Executive Management Positions. Motion Seconded by Council Member Tucker.
AYES: Mendoza, Obeso-Martinez., Tucker, and Mayor Burnworth NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: Mayor Pro Tem Amparano
MOTION CARRIES: 4-1

Seeing no further business before the Council, Mayor Burnworth Adjourned the Meeting to the Nex Regularly Scheduled City Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at Mayor Burnworth Adjourned the Regular Meeting of the City Council at 6:50 p.m.
